HOSTING. CARE. LESS CARRYING ON.
Plans that keep things simple.
Pick the plan that fits. If you are not sure, ask us first. Guessing is how people end up paying for things they do not need.
Aussie Koala keeps hosting, website care, and support clear enough to understand without needing a whiteboard, a committee, or someone called Brad from procurement.
Elise: Please keep the pricing page simple.
The boys: Absolutely. Just three plans.
Elise: Why do I not trust that?
Jessica: 🐨

For simple projects, we can build a fast, hand-coded HTML page that gives your business a proper online presence without making the whole thing heavier than it needs to be.
Elise: This is not a “special offer.” It is just a sensible option.
The boys: So… a sensible special?

Extra pages, forms, hosting, copywriting, advanced features, and ongoing updates are quoted separately where needed.
WORTH SAYING UPFRONT
Already on another platform?
That is fine. We can help with WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Duda, static HTML sites, older custom builds, and the occasional mystery website that looks like it has been through three owners and a thunderstorm.
Sometimes the right move is a clean migration. Sometimes it is a careful rebuild. Sometimes the sensible answer is to leave the site where it is and fix what is actually causing trouble.
Our usual recommendation for SEO-led business websites is WordPress, not because Google hands out gold stars for it, but because it gives us more control, more flexibility, and fewer platform walls to bump into.
If Shopify is doing the job for a proper online store, we are not going to tell you to move it just because we like WordPress. That would be nonsense with an invoice attached.
The boys: Elise, this isn’t exactly “simple.” We can’t just magically build it. WordPress would be much easier.
Elise: I’ve seen you boys work. You could do this with your eyes closed.
The boys: That’s not the point. You can’t just flatter us into building the internet.
ONE-OFF HELP
Need a move, setup, or cleanup?
If you need a website moved, cleaned up, set up, or rescued from whatever your last host or platform was doing, we can help with that too.
Some jobs are straightforward. Some arrive holding a smoke alarm. We will tell you which one it is before anyone starts pretending.

Tell us what needs fixing →EMAIL & DOMAINS
Three different things. Worth two minutes.
Hosting, email, and your domain get lumped together by the industry — usually right before a bill nobody understands. Here is how we keep them straight, and who owns what.
Hosting — the house
Where your website lives. That is the plans above. Our servers, our responsibility, monitored around the clock.
Email — the post office
Email does not live with your hosting — on purpose. It lives with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, whichever suits how you work. You own the account. We set it up, wire the records, and keep it healthy. You pay the provider directly, from around $10 per inbox per month, and the price never hides inside ours.
Domain — the street address
Registered in your name, held in trust with us. You own it legally. We mind it operationally — renewals, records, the lot. No $240-a-year ransom renewals, no hostage situations, no forgetting it exists until it expires.
Elise: Let me say the important part in writing: you own your domain. We do not. It is registered in your name and held in trust with us. That is in the agreement, in bold.
The boys: You own it legally. We mind it operationally. Email does not work without DNS — MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, the plumbing letters. When something breaks at four in the morning, we have the keys to fix it, instead of leaving you a voicemail asking for them.
Elise: And if you ever leave us, it transfers with one phone call. That is the whole arrangement.
Jessica: 🐨
FINDING YOU ON GOOGLE
SEO, in plain terms.
Every site we build, host, or move gets proper SEO foundations included — clean structure, the right tags, a sitemap Google can actually read. That part is in the price, because it should be. Climbing for competitive searches is a campaign. That part is this part. And to be plain about what SEO means: it is the free search results, not the ads up the top. We do the free kind.
Local
Local Presence
From $449 /month
For being found in your own suburb.
- Google Business Profile, properly sorted
- Local pages tuned for your area
- A sensible reviews strategy
- A monthly report in English, not dashboard
Growth
Growth
From $899 /month
For climbing on the searches that actually bring customers.
- Keyword targeting that matches real demand
- On-page work, done properly
- Content that earns its keep
- Numbers you can check for yourself
Competitive
The Front Lawn
Quoted plainly
For competitive markets and ambitious goals.
- Full content program
- Authority building, the slow honest kind
- Strategy reviews as the market moves
- Quoted after we have seen your market — every lawn is different
Elise: Before anyone asks — no, we still do not promise number one.
The boys: We promise the work, the numbers, and a fair idea of what the neighbour feeds his lawn.
Jessica: 🐨
WHAT FITS BEST?
A quick guide.
Choose Hosting if…
You need somewhere steady for your website to live, but you do not need regular maintenance yet.
Choose Website Care if…
You already have hosting, but your site needs updates, checks, and someone responsible keeping an eye on it.
Choose Managed Website if…
You want hosting and care handled together, because life is short and WordPress plugins are dramatic.
If your website feels like it has driven past the last warning sign, give us a shout. We’ll help you work out what you actually need before the road gets awkward.
THE NITTY-GRITTY
What you’re probably wondering.
Can you help if my site is already somewhere else?
Yes. We can help with WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Duda, static HTML sites, older custom builds, and the occasional mystery site that has clearly seen things.
Do you always recommend moving to WordPress?
No. WordPress is usually our preferred choice for SEO-led business websites because it gives more control and flexibility. But if Shopify is doing the job for a proper online store, we are not going to tell you to move it just because we like WordPress. That would be nonsense with an invoice attached.
Can you migrate my website?
Sometimes, yes. Some sites move cleanly. Some need rebuilding properly. Some are better left where they are with a few sensible fixes. We will look at what you have and tell you the realistic next step before anyone starts waving fairy dust around. We also wrote a whole page on how a move works, including the part where you do almost nothing: website moves.
Is email included with hosting?
No — and that is deliberate. Your email lives with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, in an account you own, at the provider’s price. We set it up, wire the records, and keep it healthy. Bundled email is how hosts trap people; separate email is how you stay free to leave anyone, including us.
Who owns my domain?
You do. It is registered in your name and held in trust with us — we manage the renewals and the records so nothing quietly expires, and you keep legal ownership the entire time. If you ever leave, it transfers with one phone call. It says so in the agreement, in bold, because we have met the other kind of provider too.
Do you do SEO?
Two answers. The foundations — structure, tags, sitemap, speed — are built into every site we touch, at no extra charge. Ongoing campaigns to climb competitive searches are separate packages, priced upfront. And no, nobody honest promises number one. Anyone who does is selling you a garden gnome.
I have seen SEO for $35 a month elsewhere — why is yours more?
Because they are usually two different things wearing the same word. A $35-a-month SEO add-on — the kind bundled with some platforms or sold as an app — is almost always automation: it fills in the basic tags, generates a sitemap, ticks the technical boxes, then runs quietly on its own. That is genuinely useful housekeeping — and to be plain, it is the part we already build into every site we touch, at no extra charge. What it is not is a person doing the work. Our packages are the ongoing, human kind: real hours every month on content, your Google Business Profile, the searches that actually bring customers, and a plain-English report so you can watch it move. One is a tool you switch on. The other is work that compounds. Worth knowing which one you are paying for.
What is the difference between the ads and the free results?
When you search Google, two things come back: the ads up the top, and the free results underneath. Anyone can buy a spot in the ads — it costs money per click, and the moment the budget stops, so do you. Worse, if your competitors are bidding on the same words, you are in an auction that only Google wins. The free results are different: they are Google’s actual opinion of who deserves to be there. That is where our SEO works. Nobody honest promises number one in the free results — but when your site earns its way up, that says something an ad never can: you did not pay to look good. You proved it.
How long does SEO take?
Not overnight, and we will not pretend otherwise. The first month is mostly groundwork you will not see. Real movement is measured in months, not weeks — how many depends on your market, and anyone who gives you an exact date is measuring a piece of string. What we do promise: you get the numbers every month, in plain English, so you can watch it compound for yourself.
Do you offer Google Ads?
No. Here is why: if you are paying for ads, you are paying to say you are good. If you are reaching the top of the free results, you are proving you are good — and that proof sticks around long after an ad budget runs out. We would rather build the thing that lasts.
What if I am not sure which plan I need?
Send us a message. We would rather help you choose properly than sell you something just because it has a shinier name.
Can you help with email and domains too?
Yes — it is half of what we do. We point domains, sort DNS settings, set up email properly, and generally stop the technical bits from turning into a bushwalk nobody packed for.
Norm: Can I manage my own DNS?
The boys: You technically can. But MX records, SPF, DMARC, DKIM — those abbreviations? They’re email plumbing. If a hacker changes your MX record, your email routes to them. If someone deletes your DMARC, legitimate mail starts bouncing. And you won’t know until a customer asks why their invoice confirmation never arrived.
Elise: We manage DNS because managing it badly costs more than hosting does.
Jessica: 🐨 (Jessica has seen the emails. She knows what happens when records go sideways.)
Elise: I counted more than three.
The boys: Three plans. The rest are sensible options. Completely different thing.
Elise: The boys wanted a countdown timer here. I said no.
The boys: It was a tasteful countdown timer.
Still not sure?
That is fine. Send us the basics and we will help you work out what fits. No pressure. No sales fog. No pretending every website needs the biggest plan.
